here is actually no difference between BE and B.tech,both the degrees offer same value and scope. It is just the universities which offer other courses like arts,sciences etc including engineering name their degree as BE and colleges which offer only engineering degree their degree is called B.tech.

There are few career options that you can opt for, after you'r done with the graduation in biotechnology:
You can work for a lot of pharma companies available or you can try your luck in healthcare segment
You can apply for masters and then probably.
you can go for research later(PhD) or into lecturer-ship.
You can directly also work in the field of research (Market Research etc.)
However, you can even apply as Research Assistant at various places.

Hello,
Btech course is of your years duration which students can do after passing their class 12th board exams with good percentage.This ciurse consists of 8 semesters.2 semesters are conducted in one year.

After completing the diploma in Mechnical You should not be eligible for B.tech CSE. Please explain in which college you want to take the admission.
