According to rank in jee mains you have very less chance to get seat in UIET Kurukshtera as your rank in your category is very high but you can get seat in some private colleges .

Look kindly mention the type of university you are looking for so that I will guide you according to your marks which university you can apply after but there is a entrance exam held after 12th for the BTech examination so that you have to appear in that for any counselling process round so kindly see through it. 

no you won't be able to get any branch of engineering through this rank of yours in this college,  maximum closing cutoff for this College was around 1 Lakh last year. 

Not unless you have any quota you won't be able get a seat.

You have good chance to get admission there. But this rank can not taken for sure because  you are on boundry line. But dont lose hope. Decreasing Interest in Engineering of various aspirant can lead leader cutoff this year.
