You wil apply for All government college because your marks is not bad. You have a chance to get addmision in govt. College so fil all govt. College forms.

since you have scored less, the chances for getting admission in VIT is less. But since you belong to sc community and you have a 60% score , you can apply for it. Hope you get an admission in VIT . If not try other private colleges like SRM , VIT chennai etc.
