To admission into VIT Pune one must appear and clear for JEE Main / MHT-CET and the cutoff you need to score will depend on your category. For open category it generally 98-99 percentile for top engineering branches. The approximate total fee for 4 years would be  7 lakhs.

For PICT also it is the same procedure to take admission and the fee for one year in an engineering course is approx. 1 lakh . You may visit their official website to know more.

Depending upon your score in MHT CET exam, you can take admission into VIT Pune and PICT pune. Since both these institute give admission through JEE as well and MHT CET as well.

Both chances of getting admission into these colleges are higher only if your MHT CET exam score is very high. Also, seeing the eligibility criteria for MHT CET exam, any person not having maharashtra domicile but is of Indian nationality can give this exam.

As you are not mentioned any branch so I will answer you in accordance of all branches. So as per last year cut offs sorry to say but you have very less chances of getting admission in this institute but as year to year cutoffs changes so you may try for it. The cutoffs for every college, changes every year depending on various things. As for the year 2019, the jee mains cutoff rank(closing) was 155456, after 3 rounds of counselling.

Hey there, since you are completely unable to qualify for the JEE MAINS, it all depends upon the cut off list which will made by the college itself.
Also,VIT Pune is not in the list of the colleges under IITs or NITs, so it'll all depend upon the list by the college itself.

Assuming you have the domicile of Maharshtra

With your percentile you may be getting a rank around 194000. With this rank your chances of getting admission in COEP or VIT Pune are not good enough however you may get a seat in

IK Gujral Punjab Technical University (CSE,2nd Round)

Shaheed bhagat singh state technical campus(CSE,2nd round)

Malout Institute of Management and Information Technology(CSE,2nd Round) etc. To get the full list you can visit

There are chances to get seated. For 81.67 percentile your rank may be around 60k to 70k depending on the competition.  If you are in reserved category you can try until last round. Try for it with a hope.

Talking about cut-off for Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune for CSE
Last year in 1st round the closing rank was 16967
In 2nd round it was 18452
And in 3rd round it was 20209.
