You can get a college in IPU as in IPU seats are vacant after DU admissions as many people withdraw admission from IPU as they get a college in DU

Last year around 40 % seats were vacant after Du admissions so the admission counseling might reopen after DU admissions to fill vacant seats and also to change colleges

there are very  less chances for the 1st shift but you would surely get VIPS in 2nd shift. only if you are from category 6  (wards of ex-servicemen)
