The infrastructure of college was very good .I am still waiting to go and enjoy the campus life .the classrooms were very good and there are centralised acs .the cafe is very hygienic and gets cleaned on regular basis.
I am currently pursuing economics honours because my grandfather dreamt this for me! The quality of education is quite good and teachers give notes and everything is explained point to point and the curriculum is also such a type in which we gain practical knowledge...there are subjects like business English that prepare us for business meetings
The quality of placements in this college are really good .It is one of the top colleges of IP University. Here average packages are around 30Lacks per annum..almost 82 percent get placements from the college which is really good and college also helps their level best so that students can get good placements
Per year fee is very low it's around 80k per year and I feel it is worth it as in other colleges the fee is quite high ..
Crowd is good here ..
The classes are really good. The college has good labs, library, clean grounds and canteen also. College doesn't have a hostel. The canteen is good. The college classrooms and surrounding are clean and big. The college crowd is also really good and come for food families.
Teachers in our college were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was also good. Teachers were always there for students queries and tried to solve the problems. Attendance was necessary for all students. At least 75% of the attendance was mandatory. The course curriculum was relevant, and it makes students industry-ready.
Placement in VIPS is unfortunately not very promising. Despite the exaggerated claims made by the college, students don't get many opportunities. % of students recruited through placement cell is very low. And the packages are also not good. There are hardly any big firms that come to VIPS.
The infrastructure of VIPS is the best with air-conditioned rooms and other facilities. There is no hostel in the college, but there are many PGs nearby. The canteen is average, but there is a separate app for the VIPS college canteen. There is a medical room. Games like football, basketball, etc., are conducted in which students can participate.
Teachers in this course are very friendly and updated with knowledge. They are aware of everything happening around the world regarding the course and convey important information to us that helps us in our exams. They provide us with recorded, digital as well as face-to-face classes and are always ready to provide extra classes if students need them.
This course gives you an overall knowledge about the management and industry, which makes you more aware of the surroundings, market and industry. This course provides many opportunities which make you more confident and knowledgeable. Placements are not much good, but it is a good college to consider to take admission.
The infrastructure is good. The campus has got all the necessary facilities on board. There is a decent reception hall, well equipped classrooms, a library, on- campus wifi, fully functional elevators and water coolers at each level.
VIPS is affiliated to GGSIPU, so it follows the university curriculum. The syllabus is au- courant and caters to the present day needs. I am a Law student and I feel that earning a 5 year integrated degree in Law, one will be industry ready.
Since I am in my first year I am not very aware of the placement trends but I am sure they are decent. One can also follow the official Instagram page of the college for recent placement trends for all the departments.
My course costs approximately Rs 1.25 lacs per annum. This is a decent figure, which means though it costs one good enough but when it comes to private colleges, VIPS is a preferred choice both, wrt economic feasibility as well as the real value for money.
Life at the campus is good. Although one can definitely not compare it to the university campus size but VIPS has a small and sweet looking campus. It is well maintained. The college is located at a prime location, within 1 km radius of the Rohini District Courts, which is an added advantage for the Law students.
College has all the necessary infrastructure needed in a classroom to make the lives of students easy. Well ventilated classes with working elevators for each floor, a library with all the books you need and a canteen to chill out with your friends.
I am studying an integrated course of BBALLB and the quality of teaching is great. Teachers take pain and provide you with all the updated study material. There are also co-curricular activities and societies like moot courts and Advocates Legion Society which help you understand what you are studying from a practical perspective so that what we study makes us job ready.
I am still pursuing my course and thus, haven't sat in the placement interview but as far as I know, college provides great placement opportunities and even the internship opportunities are great. 80% of the students are placed.
My course costs 1 lakh rupees per year. No doubt it's a lot but when we compare to other private colleges, it is less. I think it is worth my money when we see the facilities they are providing to the students.
Campus life is good. College provides a lot of co-curricular activities. There are a lot of societies like music society, dance society, NSS, writing, etc. Teachers and support staff are very helpful.
Great infra although the ground is demolished now, ac facility, proper library, projectors in classrooms. Digitally operated canteen with the app. The campus is very small hardly any place to hangout.
The curriculum is mostly theory based. Since it is affiliated with ggsipu most of the syllabus is based on that. We have a lot of presentations taking place though. And some faculty are really very nice.
The most jobs internships offered are in sales or are poorly paid. Internships required you to pay or were unpaid. Though there are a lot of companies but they stipend/salary or the job description isn't that good
You can go for it since vips has some amazing faculty.
A lot of societies, amazing staff. Location is in a rural area.
College infrastructure is bit good. Out of all the other ipu colleges, vips has its own reputation of clean and hygienic environment. Well cleaned classrooms were there including the wifi facility for all the students. Although there is lack of sport centres and hostel facility for the students.
Teaching faculties are too friendly. We can discuss anything with the faculties without any pressure and they are always ready to help us with our syllabus. I am a law student and my teachers helps us alot in getting updated with the latest judgements and moot competitions.
Vips quality of placements is not that much good. However in law department, the college has just made a separate committee for placement opportunities which seems to be beneficial for the students in future.
In comparison to other law colleges, vips fee structure is bit affordable and justifiable if we consider it as a broader view. They provide all the necessary facilities which I think no other private university will provide in such fee structure.
Campus life is pretty much good here. It is a myth that in vips, only the rich ones can enter. I have many middle class friends and seniors which makes the whole environment much more comfortable for me. Students can engage in different societies if they want to. Teaching and support staff is very friendly.
My overall experience looks good till now. There is no problem of theft and all since there are security cameras everywhere. The campus is between the two metro stations which makes it easy to travel. The only worst part which I have observed here is that no sport facilities have been provided in the campus.
Ground became a building so that's a loss but otherwise the classes labs and libraries are great. Whole campus is Air Conditioned. Great location with easy connectivity. Nice canteen and great atmosphere.
Teachers and staff are supportive and helpful. syllabus is up to date according to ugc guidelines and GGSIPU instructions. Modern technologies and skills are taught on regular basis through seminars and workshops
Good opportunities for the deserving candidates. Package depends upon the batch appearing but all major companies come on campus for recruitment. The faculty and placement cell is very helpful and supporting.
The fees is a little expensive but over all value for money is quite good.
Best days of your life.
Great college for bca in delhi
Good college.has every facility like air conditioner and good and well equipped classes are also available too. A canteen that is very good and worth the money . The college also has a good field too overall very satisfied with the college and its facilities .
Academics are really good . The college is very good for all courses that are available and it is one of the best in ipu colleges . The facualty is also very good and they are friendly too . The academics of this college are one of the best in delhi and its definetly worth it.
I am not very sure about placements as i am still a student studying .but what i ve heard and seen on the internet is that the placements are good if u work hard throughout your education years . It depends on what skills u have .
Definetly worth the money.the college is definetly worth the money as it has a good campus and also has some very good facilities with it . The amount u pay for a semester is definetly good and the college is improving too .
The campus is good enough . The campus is not too big and not too small but it boasts a very big field . The campus life is very good and you can chill in your free time as the area is big and vast too.
Overall i would recommend this colleges too people who could not make it to good colleges in DU . This college is good and the best one for IPU . I think people should definitely take admissiom over here .
Infrastructure at VIPS is quite well due to good maintenance and construction. All rooms are well maintained and college has resources enough for students and teachers for research and sufficient facilities. Also, wifi facility is there with hygienic food in canteen.
The studies in these college is also excellent with good quality of knowledge. Teachers has recent knowledge of case laws and other prospects that is helpful for understanding latest laws of the subject.
Placements are not of good quality due to insufficient opportunities in placement although teachers are helpful and supportive but still there lacks certainty of placements in the college. Therefore, the quality is not so good.
The money spent in the college is not so high and is worthy for the studies.
Campus has good life as we get to see people from different states and with different aspects.
Hi dear candidate,
The IP University and it's affiliated colleges like VIPS, JIMS, MSIT etc. all have 85% of the seats reserved for Delhi students and the remaining ones are for outsiders which has good amount of competition.
Yes, the IPU reserves seat for outsiders as well but you will need a valid EWS certificate that is issued after 31 March 2025.
BEST REGARDS
No, the fees for management quota in VIPS is usually higher than the general quota. Management quota seats are limited and are filled directly by the college, so they charge more than the regular fees set under the government or merit based admission. It's best to contact the college admission office directly to get the exact fee details for both quotas.
Yes, you can get direct admission into BBA LLB at VIPS (Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies) with 82 percent in your Class 12 exams, but not without appearing in CLAT or IPU CET.
VIPS is affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), and admissions to BBA LLB are done strictly through entrance exams. The primary mode of admission is through CLAT UG, as GGSIPU has adopted CLAT scores for law programs in recent years. Previously, the IPU CET was used for law admissions, but that has been phased out for integrated law courses like BBA LLB.
So, even with a good Class 12 score, you cannot get admission into VIPS for BBA LLB without a valid CLAT score. The university does not allow direct management quota admissions outside the entrance process for its law programs. You may need to wait for the next CLAT attempt or consider private universities that allow direct admission based on 12th marks.
All the best!
