In case the company can not come for the PPT, a soft copy of the PPT could be forwarded which will then be shown to the students, The PPT needs to include the company profile, available job profiles, progression of career and compensation details, Interested students will then apply for the position, The company may then shortlist the candidates and conduct the first level selection process (GD/Case Study/Test) for short-listed students during the Placement Week. In case the company is unable to make it during the Placement week, they may contact the Placement Coordinator for a convenient date. Preparing students for Mock Group Discussion & Personal Interviews helps them to prepare for the actual interviews.

XIMR has 31 seats for Roman Catholic students reserved but not much information is available regarding their admission cut offs. Had your percentile been closer to 93-95 you'd have a great chance of getting into XIMR but as of now it all depends on the candidates who appear to
