UPES B.Tech Admissions 2026
ApplyRanked #43 among Engineering colleges in India by NIRF | Highest Package 1.3 CR , 100% Placements
If a Post Graduate College has 42 seats left, and you find this number significant, especially in the context of B.C. (Backward Classes), it could imply several things:
If you have specific concerns or questions about seat allocation or reservation policies, it might be helpful to contact the college administration or consult relevant educational authorities for clarification.
It seems unlikely that you would be able to get admission in the BTech CS branch at BIT Sindri or Mesra with a CML rank of 2058 and category rank of 433.
Key points:
1. The search results indicate that a CML (Common Merit List) rank of 2058 is quite low for admission to premier engineering colleges like BIT Sindri or NIT Mesra.
2. The cutoff ranks for BTech CS branch at these institutes are usually much higher, often in the range of 1000-2000 for the general category.
3. With a category rank of 433, you may have a better chance of getting admission in the reserved category quota, but the competition is still quite high.
4. The search results do not provide specific cutoff details for BIT Sindri or NIT Mesra, but the general trend suggests your current ranks may not be sufficient for the CS branch in these institutes.
My advice would be to:
1. Check the latest cutoff ranks and admission criteria on the official websites of BIT Sindri and NIT Mesra.
2. Explore other options like state-level engineering colleges or NITs where your current ranks may have a better chance of securing admission.
3. Consider improving your performance in the next attempt of the entrance exam to increase your chances of getting into your desired BTech program.
Unfortunately, securing admission in Dibrugarh University's B.Tech Endowment Category after the counseling deadline is challenging. Here's why:
However, there might be a few possibilities to explore:
Regarding your CEE marks (45): It's difficult to say definitively if 45 is enough for the endowment category. Eligibility criteria can vary depending on the number of applicants and available seats.
Here's what you can do:
Its obvious to have feeling anxious when exam dates are coming closer remember that atleast you have still some time left in your hand you to prepare and MASTER yourself in subjects. you can clear JEE start from the important topics and your strength subjects finishing these chapters gives you confidence and you will be one step closer to your dream and you have to pay more attention towards revision so that in exam you remember each things easily. Believe yourself you can do it
hello
Excelent! So, you're saying that there are 42 seats left for the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) program at Post Graduate College. That's a great opportunity for students interested in pursuing a career in computer applications!
If you're looking to grab one of those seats, I recommend:
1. Checking the eligibility criteria: Ensure you meet the college's requirements for BCA admission.
2. Reviewing the admission process: Familiarize yourself with the application process, including any entrance exams or interviews.
3. Gathering required documents: Make sure you have all necessary documents, such as academic certificates, ID proofs, and more.
4. Applying promptly: Don't wait! Apply as soon as possible to secure your seat.
5. Reaching out to the college: If you have any questions or concerns, contact the college directly for assistance.
Good luck, and I hope you secure a seat in the BCA program!

If your answer sheet (bit paper) was accidentally torn while separating it from the booklet, it’s understandable to be concerned. Generally, a torn answer sheet may still be evaluated as long as all the relevant information, including your answers, roll number, and other details, are clearly visible and intact. However, the degree of damage and the specific rules of your examination body will determine the next steps.
Here’s what you can do:
Inform the Invigilator: If the incident happened during the exam, immediately inform the invigilator. They might note the issue and ensure that the torn bit paper is handled appropriately.
Post-Examination: If you realized the tear after the exam, it's important to communicate this to the examination authority or your college’s examination cell as soon as possible.
Evaluation: Most examination boards make provisions for such incidents and will ensure your paper is evaluated, especially if the tear is minor and the information is legible.
To minimize any potential issues, make sure the incident is officially documented with your exam authorities, which will help ensure your bit paper is valued properly during evaluation.

BIT Mesra has really good infrastructure and facilities that make college life comfortable and productive. The classrooms are clean, spacious, and have projectors for better learning. Labs are fully equipped with modern instruments, and everything is well maintained so practical work never feels like a hassle. The library is huge — it’s a peaceful place to study with thousands of books and online resources. Sports facilities are great too; we have grounds for cricket, football, basketball, and even indoor games and a gym. Hostels are neat and the rooms are decent in size with good Wi-Fi. The food in the mess is hygienic and better than what you’d expect in most colleges. The campus overall is very green and pleasant, and there’s a medical center available for any emergencies. It honestly feels like everything a student might need is already here.
BIT College is the best college I ever study. College infiltration is very good. All types of facilities are available. Libraries, classrooms, laboratories, sports ground, gym are available for the students.
College infrastructure is not upto the mark as it should be in Btech Colleges. The Buildings are once made and never looked back.Only Good thing is Library .BIT Patna offers modern infrastructure with well-equipped labs, smart classrooms, a central library, Wi-Fi campus, hostels, and sports facilities, providing a good learning environment.
