Gettibg seat through JOSSA in you mentioned colleges is almost impossible. You may get a seat in any of these if special round counselling is done. The cutoff for various colleges fall drastically during special round conducted by CSAB. Last year it was around 7 lakh for biotech in BIT. So you can only wait as of now.

Pursuing CSE in BIT, Mesra is very good according to rankings given to it in NIRF. It is in top 100 universities in India. If you are eligible and you can go, I would suggest in doing so.

Candidates who qualify the entrance exam get the offer for attending the counselling session. A list is prepared on merit basis, according to which the candidates are called for counselling.

IPU CET Counselling includes steps like registration, choice filling & locking, payment of admission fees and allotment of seats. To register online, visit the official website i.e. ipu.ac.in . Candidates are required to pay INR 1000 as counselling fee in either online or offline mode.

Hello Aspirant, BIT hostel is very good. The college has 10 separate room for boys. It include reading room and common room. There is a large entertainment hall with a television. And Hostel fee is 20,000 around per semester and mess fee is 15000 around per semester.Each hostel have table tennis room, a badminton court, a volleyball ground. Mess food is not so good or not so bad.

Bits mesra is difficult to get at 1.8 lac rank

But if u have reservation there is a slight hope

If we look at JoSAA counselling list of opening and closing ranks then there in no reservation for OBC in BIT.
So,  you would be considered under general category and I am sorry to say that, for that with your score it's not possible to get seat there.

depending on various factors such as your home state, category, etc.

However, your percentile is good and you must have appeared for JEE Main paper 2.

You have a chance of getting a seat in those colleges. But you must also clear NATA for admission.
