Suggestions are to join aerospace in Chandigarh university as kiit has newly launched aerospace (2-3 years ago) and is under developed. So, the placement opportunities are quite low in kiit, also if you get placement than most possibly it would in IT company even if you are from aerospace engineering.

In Campus placements our universities very good. Because in the year 2020 out of 5000 students there are 4000 students are placed in reputed companies. So no worry about the campus placement for our university. The highest placement package that 31 lacs per annum is offered to 2 students by Amazon. And also 24 students are placed in Flipkart. Also, HP Deloitte Tata cognizant Padmini mechatronics company and many companies took the students as their requirements. Also, Google has taken a student.

The registration for Chandigarh university of 2021 batch will be start from third week of October and the last date to register will be Fourth week of December 2020. You will be able to register yourself through both online as well as offline. Male sure to get photocopy of your registration form with you if you are going to apply through online website.

• Chandigarh University 2021 Application Form will get released in third week of October 2020.
• The last date to submit the form will be last week of December 2020.
• Candidates will be able to register themselves through both online as well as offline
• For offline mode, candidates will have to purchase CUCET brochure cum form from university admission offices authorized centers by paying application fee.
• During registration, candidates will have to choose exam date & center from the available options.
• Candidates are advised not to forget to provide mail ID & phone number as all details will be sent to it.
• Candidates must fill all the details completely & carefully as incomplete form will lead to rejection.
• Once filling online application form, candidates must also take printout of it for further use.

Application Fee:

• Candidates will be able to submit the application fee via online as well as offline mode.
• Credit card, debit card or net banking method will be used via online mode.
• For offline mode, candidates must submit the fee via Demand Draft.
• Candidates will have to submit Rs.1000/- as their application fee.
• The application fee will be non-refundable in any case.

Chandigarh University gives a best placement for CSE branch. Almost 90% students get placed here. There are also internship facilities too. The companies like, Wipro, Capgimini, IBM, Mindtree, Microsoft, SAP Labs etc come here for placement purposes. The highest package offered here was, INR 31.77 LPA. And the lowest package was, INR 9 LPA.

Between CU(Chandigarh University) and PEC (Punjab Engineering College), I suggest you to go with PEC, because this college provides 7LPA for BE/B.Tech compared to CU. PEC Chandigarh has good infrastructure. There is a new building block, some new labs, new classrooms with air conditioning and new offices. There is unrestrcited  Wi-Fi all over the school. There is a new and modernized library. A 100-computer  cluster for students has been installed in the computer centre.Members of the faculty are very nice and supportive.They are highly trained and have in-depth knowledge of their subject matter. Nearly all of them have M.Tech or PhD degrees from reputed Indian colleges such as IITs, NITs, PEC etc.The curriculum of the course is well designed and almost identical with that of the IITs.It is planned in the light of the need for industry today.Placements at PEC Chandigarh are excellent.Every year more than 90% of the students are  getting placed. Packages offered for salaries are fine. Last year, Microsoft's average compensation package offered is 42 LPA. For 2017 series, the average compensation package offered is 9.12 LPA.Big recruiters include Apple, Amazon, Samsung, Arcesium, Jp Morgan, Texas, Maruti, Honda and several more.
