Median placement packages for BE/BTech course is 3.50 lpa.

The placements for CSE and ECE are excellent with 90% placement statistics and highest package about 7-8 lpa. However lesser companies visit for Mechanical. Companies that do visit include Jindal steel, Hyndai, Tata Motors, accenture etc.

Off campus recruitment is more prominent for Mechanical than on campus.

The placement problem for mechanical engineering is existing in some of the top colleges like IIT TIRUPATI, NITS SILCHER, IIT BHUBANESWAR and many more college in our country. The reason for why the placements are not good is that the students arr not well qualified to work in big firms and those who are are getting pretty decent jobs. So if you will work on you soft skills along witg academic thrn You will surely get placed in some companies.

Hey there as per you jee mains percentile the ranking of you will goes around 200000 lakhs+. But according to last year cutoff the closing ranking for all branches are nearly 60,000 for dcrust sonepat. So the probability of you to get this college is low . But you can go for Private colleges.

For CSE branch the categorical cutoff is:- 146564-170116 for All India. There is no cutoff specified for SC category for Home state. You can take an admission for sure as you are satisfying the range and you can use the home state quota to get an admission easily.

For general category in CSE branch for home state category cutoff rank is :- 24023-28633.

You can use all the reservation available for you and get an admission easily in the first round of counselling

You can get get admission in GJUST Hisar, DCRUST seems difficult since its raking gets closed at around 138000. There might be empty seats in spot round but you can definately get GJUST.

You may get ece in dcrust murthal. You will not get any branches in nit haryana or other top nits. You may get nit sikkim, Mizoram, Manipur and Nagaland in the 2 special rounds. But you will not get cse or ece. You can get streams like civil, it, mechanical.
