So it will also vary this year just sit in the counselling fill up the forms and hope for the best. Hope this may help you.

Hello Abhishek!.
As per latest counselling results and your rank you will surely get NIT jalandhar. I suggest you to go for float option till the very last round of the counselling. A margin of 2000 is not that much high have patience and wait for the results of the counselling in later parts. Your college will surely upgraded.
Good luck..

Hi dear,

Hope you are doing well!

Now let's go through your question.

As you will be knowing that Textile technology is a niche branch if Engineering and I can safely say that not many colleges in India offer this branch. Further, NIT-J has quite good faculty in textile which will help you to develop keen interest in the field definitely provided you are willing to do so. Trident, Voltas, Vardhman ate some big names used to visit for campus placements.

Moreover , NIT-J is a premier college of our nation, you will get all the necessary facilities their. Campus placements are very frequent there. I would recommend you to go with NIT-J.

Thank You & All the best!

Hello Shiva,
There is no problem to report at NIT warangal if you got a seat in any NITs, IIITs. So you can report at NIT warangal with your comfort. Hope it helps for you.
Thank you.

Hello.

Good to hear from you. Both colleges are affiliated to central. So, infrastructure and faculty are of top-notch without any doubt. So, you should choose the college that is favourable to you in terms of fee, hostel, transportation facility, etc.

All the best.

Dear Aspirant,

Congratulations for cracking the JEE main examination.

You have interest in particular three Colleges:

1) National institute of technology, Jalandhar

2) National institute of technology, Hamirpur

3) Indian institute of engineering, science and technology, shibpur

According to the infrastructure, hostel facility, faculty, liberary, laboratory facilities etc All Colleges are same.

Because these colleges have national importance.

NIT, Hamirpur is comparatively new college.

But NIT, Jalandhar and iiest shibpur is very much old Colleges.

If you want to bag a good package then you can opt for iiest shibpur.

It is a very much good College.

You can definitely opt for it.

Best of luck.

Dear aspirant

There are different parameters on which the nirf ranking is based upon for different colleges such as

  • Teaching, Learning & Resource
  • Research and Professional Practice
  • Graduation Outcomes
  • Outreach and Inclusivity
  • Perception

All the parameters now do lack in the NIT Jalandhar and so the ranking is going down and it will continue if no step is taken for it .

greetings,

you can expect a placemnet of 4-7 LPA after completion of btech in textile engineering at nit, jalandhar.

good luck.

Hello lokesh,

Both the colleges you mentioned above are quite good, both of the colleges have quite reputation, both of the colleges have good placement records, so i think whicever you choose both the choices are good, also If u are concerned for the campus placement then be sure u will get a good placement if u are from any NITs or u belong to DTU, on a personal note i think ho for dtu, dtu ranks 34 by NIRF and nit jalandhar134 , also it is located in delhi heart of india so it has quite good exposure,Dtu also ranks far better than NIT jalandhar so if you have a choice go for DTU according to me, also if want NIT  tag, decent placements going for NIT jalandhar is not bad either.

Hope this helps

What you are saying is that you have got 55442 rank in general category  .

I guess you are getting chemical engineering in nit Jalandhar and mechanical engineering in uiet.

If you ask from me then I would suggest you to go with chemical engineering in nit Jalandhar , as I know that you will get there lots of opportunities in other fields also. You will be able to explore your other skills also.

Thank you.
