I got 83 percetile from obc can I get civil group in nit Jalandhar or nit Bhopal

With the 83 percentile, your approximate rank will be 174895.

I'm sorry to tell you that even with the different category of OBC, your rank is very high and you cannot get into both neither nit jalandhar nor nit bhopal as their closing ranks are very less which are in between 20000-30000

Though you can try for self funded colleges.

With your mentioned rank it is highly unlikely for you to get into NITs. You could still apply for the josaa counselling process and try your luck. But I would suggest you to try for state level engineering colleges which accept JEE main scores. You could get good colleges and your desired branch. my rank in jee mains is 24885 and im from punjab jalandhar. will i get ece in nit jalandhar?

Hello dear!
Congratulation to you for securing such a good rank in jee main. Since you have secured 24885 CRL rank. If you are lying under general category then you will not get a seat for electronic and communication engineering in NIT Jalandhar. You will get a seat for ece in the same if you are lying under OBC-ncl category.

JEE Mains has introduced a new category called EWS(Economically Weaker Sections) for Economically Backward classes.So, we are not able to predict any college for now but we suggest you to wait till the final allotment results.

hello aspirant, you have not mentioned your gate score. so it is quite difficult to suggest whether it is possible or not.and cse are at high demand. . however i suggest you to upgrading, their might be a chance to get better nit .

Definitely you have chances that you might get it.

As the counselling i.eJOSSA is not yet started .You should wait till the result of JEE Advance.

JOSSA is centralised counselling for IITs and NITs/IIITs/GFTIs

There are two lecture theatres in which there are air conditioned classrooms having a capacity of 120 each . There is one old building of library and a new building which is air conditioned having a capacity of 400

College Infrastructure is decent like there are two lecture theatres where the classrooms have a sitting capacity of 120 each. There are two library building one old and other the new one which is air conditioned and has a sitting capacity of 400 and the old one is a book hun.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is quite decent and they are improving it every year .The campus have spacious classrooms, a central library, computer centers, well equipped laboratories and canteens.Hostels are fine but mess food is average.
