Both symbiosis and IP university same in terms of placement & Infrastructure. Maharaja Surajmal  and Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies Institute are the best college in IPU for BBA with excellent faculty. If you get these colleges than go for that even Symbiosis fee is more than that.

As both are private colleges so final choice is yours which one to choose according to your preferences.

You can find many articles regarding the best btech colleges under ggsipu .but you may be able to find some common colleges in all lists .One of them is University school of information technology (USICT) .It's one of the most reputed colleges under ggsipu .But I am not sure about the condition of Cse in this college .There are other related ones too like ambedakar or maharaja agrasen college .Try research ing more about USICT

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University offers number of courses. The eligibility for which are different.

Those candidate who want to take admission in B.Tech Biotechnology program can take admission without jee mains.

But they have to appear the in the CET conducted by the GGSIPU The admissions would be based on the merit / rank in the CET.

Talking about you jee main percentile..it is hard to get any college with this percentile in ipu for cse but you can apply,it also depends upon whether you are of inside delhi or outside delhi,but for general it is hard.you can try get good colleges in ipu but for other branches not cse with your rank..you can algo try for getting admission in other good colleges . For admission in ipu you can also give ipucet which you can giver as per as your 12 percentile is concerned.

This college is highly reputable and one of the best college in india.. Their is no loss of doing graduation from this college and than u will persue 3 year BA LLb..

If we talk about Ipu, Ipu is also good university but not more than Du..

Delhi university is more old, prestigious and reputable university among all over india..

If your residential certificate is of Odisha and also all of your higher studies you had taken from Odisha itself then you are not eligible for getting mbbs of VMMC through 85% quota. To apply for 85% quota you must have residential certificate of that state and in delhi you can also apply for 85% quota counseling seat if you have done your Higher studies there(means class 10,11th,12th) otherwise you will be not eligible for that state 85% quota seat. Talking about cut offf, yeah it low for 85% seat than all india 15% quota as from delhi there are less number of neet candidates compared to other state. That's trend till now usually cut off are low for 85% quota but it's not valid that this year will happens too as NEET 2020 results had not been declared yet.

Since you didn't mention your category and domicile so I assume you to be a general category student .And the rank you secured is a decent rank and with this you can take admission in decent colleges of Indraprasth University.

And according to the last year cut-off you can get into these colleges:
