To get admission in AIACTR Delhi you have to join GGSIPU counseling through JEE mains. Admission in AIACTR  is done on the basis of JEE mains through GGSIPU counseling not IPU counseling and JAC counseling. Students which have low rank in JEE mains like above 1 lakhs can easily get AIACTR college.

No, it seems the results for final semester/year of B.Ed course 2020 aren't yet published by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University(GGS IPU). But it will be soon out as most of the results are already published. In 2019, under State Quota, 476 marks secured a seat in Lady Hardinge Medical College under SC Category. So here through DU your chances are a tad less. You haven't mentioned your Category. In 2029, a score of 401 marks secured a seat under SC Category and a score of 299 marks secured a seat under ST Category in ACMS. If you have Ex-servicemen reservation you can get a seat in ACMS if you belong to ST Category. Hi, sorry to say but you cannot get any college if you have rank range between 255k-600k which comes under IPU-CET. If your comes in between range of 50k-200k than you may get not good but somehow get atleast any of the college which comes under IPU. To get top colleges one must have rank under 50k-100k.

The counselling sessions in IPU  or in any other college/University occurs after the common entrance test (CET) and not before it. After the CET is over the results are declared in which you will be given score cards containing your rank. On the basis of these ranks you will be called for different counselling sessions.
