From my concern I feel b pharma is good from you delhi as it has good placement and teaching is good as compared from dpsru . B pharma has good scope than dpsru.

Other than fees, placements record are available for some colleges like SIBM Pune has average salary of 16 lpa, SCMHRD 14 lpa and SIBM Bangaluru above 9.5 lpa, other than these Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management, Nashik SIB, Pune is also a good option. The rank at which you can get addmission cannot predicted because admission criteria may vary . Still you will need a good rank  in IPUCET to get a seat in BPT.Hope for good and wait for all the rounds if you have good rank.You can never be sure of the rank at which all the seats are going to be filled in BPT. The last rank (For Delhi General Category) is somewhere between 5000 and 7500 .This also varies from year to year.

BCA courses entrance exam will not be much tough, but you should have a good knowledge in Inter Mathematics, English, and general knowledge These are enough to crack these exams.

1).First plan correctly.

2).Revise the exam pattern and syllabus

3).Time Management is really essential.

4).Then go through theStudy Materials & Previous Year Question Papers

5). try Mock tests.

Firstly you will need to do proper planning for your study.The points to be kept in mind are as follows:

1]Time management :Managing time is the very important need for this exam.Since it is MCQ test concentrate on easy questions first do not waste time in solving mathematical questions first .

2]Previous year question papers:Focus on previous year question papers which may help you improve your speed,difficulties,queries and would get an idea of upcoming papers.

3]You may also have a glance on 11th, 12th physics and mathematics.

4]Study  English and general knowledge questions you may also reference books for Logical and English questions.

5]Prepare proper Timetable for these .GGSIPU BCA book by Arihant Publications and start solving previous year questions may prove useful.
