The cut-offs are not same for every year, it is bound to change depending upon various factors like number of candidates appeared in exam, availability of seats, difficulty level of exam and so on.

But apart from above thing you cannot get admission in Indraprastha University with 55,000 rank in CLAT 2020 because near about this much candidates appear for CLAT every year.

As admission in courses are through entrance examination or on the basis of marks obtained in previous qualifying examination. So if you choose CET that means you need to appear in common entrance test and non CET means admission based Marks obtained in previous qualifying examination.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University conducts IPU CET LLM for admission to Master Degree Law Programme and it's affiliated law colleges.
The eligibility criteria of IPU CET LLM is as follow:
A candidate is required to have LLB Degree as required by the Bar council of India
The candidates need to qualify the last degree examination with minimum 50 percent.

You have not mentioned the course you are interested in to get admission.For courses like BBA, BHMCT, BJMC, M.tech, B.Tech Biotechnology it conducts IPU CET entrance exam which is conducted in online.And the application can be filled through online mode.You need to appear the entrance exam in the examination center allotted to you.

Hello student cut off vary every year on various factors like the level of question in the entrance examination and total number of applicants in that examination, constorium of clat recently changed the examination pattern and the reduce the total marks to 150 from 200. As per previous year records and your category its expected that marks above 90 will help you in getting admission into IPU.
