Well as a matter of fact it is only the main campus that offers Masters in Mass Communication in IPU. The college is thus named University School of Mass Communication which is one of many schools in the main campus if IPU. Only limited seats are available there

Well normally the refund gets initiated within fifteen days of your withdrawal from the admission list. And some more days may be taken into account as per bank's policy. But this is still late. So I would recommend you to visit the campus office once to get it cleared
