Yes, you can change your college preference after round-1. It is stated in IPU Brochure ,
Candidates will given an opportunity to edit,add or delete their preferences as per their choice even after round 1 counselling.

Faculty: The faculty here is the best you can get among other IP colleges. Most of them are ex-DTU professors or DU professors, and the younger faculty is very enthusiastic in interacting with students. In short atleast in Delhi other than the top-notch colleges you are not going to get

Overall it is an average college with decent placements. Faculty is average. Crowd is good. Location is bad . It is 7kms from nearest metro station. Limited active societies.

Dont worry there is a payment problem and many candidates are not able to pay Rs 40000 due to which they have removed it, you might wanna wait for tomorrow they might release a notification regarding this and might postpone the last date to pay this fees.

I was able to see the Fee Payment section of GGSIPU website for a college but it's no longer visible now, it was visible for 10 mins only.

Dont worry there is a problem with the payment system of GGSIPU thats why they disabled this, there would possibly a notification released regarding this and the last date would be postponed.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is upto mark. The college have lifts and air conditioners. Proper well maintained and hygeinic toilets. Classrooms are clean and well maintained with proper ventilation system. Each classroom is provided with projectors. Canteen serves well prepared fresh food. Smart boards and wifi is accessible to students .

The structure is quite good. There is a lot of greenery as well as dedicated classrooms, common rooms, and sports facilities, which is impressive. All the labs are very advanced, and the library has a collection of more than fifty thousand books.
