If you are not allotted a seat in the first round of counseling but have registered for the counseling process by paying the counseling fee then you need to wait for the second round of counseling to see if you are allotted a seat in the consecutive round.

With your rank it's a little difficult to get into a law college under IPU but you can definitely check out some other private colleges like
