I can't say exact about a date but it is expected in the month of July.Because classes will begin from mid of August .

Nope it's very hard to get admission with 1970 rank in english hons for admission in guru gobind singh indraprasth university.

Because seat is less and without any category reservation it is very difficult to get admission in this college.

there is no such minimum marks criterion in the ip university entrance exams. the rank matters in ip entrance along with the category and nativity. you get the college according to your rank, which is decided in the counselling round. there is online conselling which includes 3 rounds

No cutoff on the basis of the EWS category.
