You have less chances to get it in first 3 rounds but I would say to go for spot round because at that place you ll be preferred as you have a higher rank.

I would say a no, because with this rank it's very difficult to get into ipu but you fill the counselling and wait for spot round if there are seats left, then you can get and that's the only chance for you to get into ipu.

Your rank in IPU CET for BCA is quite well. There is no OBC quota for outside Delhi candidates. Colleges you may get under Outside Delhi quota are mentioned below:

To be honest you should contact the university for clearing your doubts, no one in will take responsibility if you will suffer.

Admission norms are easy,i dont think it will make any difference. Moreover,you get new marksheet after the improvement exam,so it should hardly make any difference.

yes non delhi students are selected based on the ratio as 85% for delhi students and 15% for non delhi students.

Congrats, you score such a good rank but your score is not good enough to get admission in Delhi government college. It's good if you look government college outside delhi or private or semi government college in delhi.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is upto mark. The college have lifts and air conditioners. Proper well maintained and hygeinic toilets. Classrooms are clean and well maintained with proper ventilation system. Each classroom is provided with projectors. Canteen serves well prepared fresh food. Smart boards and wifi is accessible to students .

The structure is quite good. There is a lot of greenery as well as dedicated classrooms, common rooms, and sports facilities, which is impressive. All the labs are very advanced, and the library has a collection of more than fifty thousand books.
