The chances for gov. colleges isn't very good. You may expect a private college seat instead. But if there are any cancellation of admissions, then you may expect a seat in gov. nursing colleges under IPU, else it's a bit tough. Keep checking the official website of IPU

IPU has taken down previous year's cut offs from the official website. It is no more available for a lot of courses. You may contact the university offline or send an email to them to enquire about the same.
