Let me tell you with this much score you will not get IP university Colleges,as being a General category as well as Outside delhi candidate,with low marks all these tends to unsatisfactory conditions for you to getting IPU,LLB colleges,but don't be worry you may apply for any Private college

You might get into ip university in third or fourth round of counselling with this rank in CLAT as you have the benefit of being a Delhite and you must have its domicile. You have a fair chance for the admission in either of the colleges..
