you will not get a top college like surajmal, vips, maims or jims.

with a rank of 8721 you can get admission in IITM in the morning shift.

you will surely get it by the 3 round of councelling.

however you may get other not so good colleges.

              I am here to answer your query. Amit you didn't mention your category It's fine but next time please make sure you provide all necessary details in the query itself. Based on the 2018 IPU CET cutoff if you belong to a general category then the 2108 cutoff

At this rank, you won't get any college in IPU. I would suggest you to look for other government colleges ( other than NIts, IIITs and GFTIs ) which accept JEE Main's rank. You can also try for some private colleges which accept JEE Main's rank. Below is
