Delhi institute of advanced studies, BLR, chandraprabhujain college narela, sirifort.  This rank is very much so getting a decent college is really tough.

Sir getting the VIPS is really difficult if you belongs to general quota. You will be getting MAIMS , RDIAS ,JIMS ROHINI at this rank certainly. Wish you good luck and do try your luck in spot round maybe you will get VIPS.

Chances of getting a decent college are less comparitively to a delhi region student with same rank. You will get admission in certain colleges though because of availability of decent number of seats. Freeze your seat in whatever college you will be getting in the first 3 rounds of counselling
