It would be better that you prepare for next year  or  seek admission in other colleges,

as 25670 rank can't earn you good college

8701 is not an adequate rank for a non-delhite to get admission in a good IPU college. 

however here are are few colleges that you "may" get admission in however it is difficult:

Eligibilty criteria for IPU college is as follows:-

Candidates must have passed their class 12th examination.

Candidates currently in their class 12th are also eligible to apply for the entrance examination.

Candidates must have secured at least 55% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology/Biotechnology, provided

If you belongs to reserved category then you can expect a good college else you have to compromise with your college.
