The eligibility criteria of B.ed is that candidates must have at least 50% either in the Bachelors Degree and/ or in the Master's degree in disciplines like Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanities, BE/B.tech with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or anyother discipline. The University follows the NCTE guidelines/regulations

Yes, it is surely possible to fill the BArch form now, as GGSIPU offers different CET exams for different discipline like BTech, BSc, BA, etc.
So you have to fill a different form for each one you wish to apply and pay the amount for all the forms
