Yes, definitely you can apply in IP university for admission because there is no such age limit of doing graduation. So there is no problem in that, only thing required is that you must have your 12th class documents at the time of admission.

BCA is undergraduation course amd for taking admission in in this college eligibility required is to pass 10+2 with 50% as aggregate and yes, there is one entrance exam named CET which needa to be given for admission and this is conducted by institute only.

Pharmacy is 4 years course and eligibility is required to pass 10+2 with science stream subjects that is biology, chemistry, physics with 50% aggreagte. 

And admission in this college is done on basis of entrance exam conducted by them.
