The ranking that you get in that exam would determine which college you can get.
The cutoffs for outside Delhi students is usually higher than Delhi students.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University formally called IPU is a best university for Delhi students offering variety of courses. It is a government college having a large campus size and study is also good. The package offered are also good. Various tech and non- tech companies come here offering package in lakh. The college life is also good. The entrance exam is different for different courses. For B.tech, jee main score is taken into consideration. For other courses, IPU-cet score is taken in account. You will have all the facilities in most of the college affiliated to the IPU . however college like ambedkar University doesn't have hostel facility. Almost 50% seats are reserved in the college for Delhi candidate.

Yes, you can participate in the counselling spot 2 round even if you free seat in the spot 1 or round 1 of the counselling. Everyone who fulfils the eligibility criteria is eligible for the spot round counselling and even after you freeze the seat in spot you can change or modify in the spot round if you wish to. Infact everyone is eligible for spot counseling round who have been qualified in CET. Instead of one condition that you have to leave your seat that you have freeze. If you don't wish to leave your current seat then you can't participate in spot counseling. So there is always this risk involved that incase you don't get the seat you desire in spot counseling round you will lose your allotted seat.

The officials have not yet declared the dates for B.Tech 2022 registrations. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIU) has started the IPU BTech spot round counselling. The IPU BTech 2021 counselling spot round registration is open from December 2 to 6. The IPU B.Tech admission 2021 is being done on the basis of JEE Main scores except for the Biotechnology which is through IPU CET exam. Except for Biotechnology course you will need to have good JEE Main score.

If you have entered the wrong bank account number in your application form, then apparently you will not face much problem, but if you don't get a seat and want your seat booking fee back then the refund will not be received in your account since you have provided the wrong account.
