nope there is no extra fee for that, sliding round is just for fill up the vacant seats of students who withdrawal there seats till 3rd round,

Eligibility Criteria for admission to BA Englist at IP university is-
Candidates should have an aggregate of 50% marks in 10 + 2 level examination from  recognized  state  and  central  government  board  (for  example, C.B.S.E) with compulsory English at 10+2 level.

If you din't get any seat in any round of couselling than only you have a option is to go with direct admission only.

Yeah! You have a good rank. And you can have a good college for admission in 2nd or 3rd counseling. You must check distance from yur home, previous result & "VALIDITY+ facilities " OF COLLEGE.
