If you can wait till the second and third rounds of counselling, you can get almost all the colleges coming under IP University. You can refer to the last year cut offs of the college to get an idea from this  Careers360 link:

It depends which seats remain empty, soetimes people do get good colleges in spot and sometimes not.
If you are aldready getting a good college go for it, although waiting isn;t harmful.

Its up to you to wait or to freeze.
