at this rank, CSE and ECE are very hard to get as you are from outside delhi. still you can get other branches in some colleges of IP university.

as you are from outside delhi, there is absolutely no chance at IP university if you are general category student. still if belong to some category, you may get some college.

The cut off rank depends upon category as well. You should have mentioned your category. The rank mentioned above is good if the candidate belongs to OBC/SC/ST and Delhi domicile. But the rank is not enough for General category to get a seat. Here is the list of
