You do have to check and see if the dates for the filling the application is still on going or not, to see if you are within the time frame for the same.

The last date for application to be sent for 10th April.

Admission in IPU is done through entrance exam conducted by IPU called IPUCET. Board of 12 does no matter you need to qualify IPUCET and get good marks to get admission.
