Yes, you need to make separate payments for all the courses. The procedure to fill the application form is given here-

The application forms are already released as the last date to apply is 10th-April so the registration window is open so you can apply accordingly.

you can fill the admission form on the website and choose the course you want to fill in and get the easily the asmission in the colllege and there is admission bochure on the portral so you can go through it first and than fill the form.

In order to take admission in MBBS you have to appear for NEET exam and counselling will be held through state. 

You have to apply for the application form to attend the state counselling.
