There is lateral entry but for diploma candidates but change of college from one to other seems not possible. Though change of branch can be possible with certain terms and conditions but not the college.

You will have to apply for the entrance to take admission in other college.

Can somebody provide the ranking list ( 2017 )of ipu colleges for btech?

I belong to obc and if I get under 10000 rank in GGSIPU which held on 20may 2017 . can i get any government college through GGSIPU with CSE.

elligibilty criterion of 12th aggregate for btech from IP university?

You can check the eligibility criteria for btech in IPU in the below link:

You must have obtained an aggregate of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, provided you have passed in each subject separately.

The GGSIPU college the infrastructure supports students' educational and personal development effectively.the well maintained. and modern campus with classrooms, advanced laboratories, a central library, Wi-Fi connectivity, seminar halls, sports facilities, and clean surroundings. College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is upto mark. The college have lifts and air conditioners. Proper well maintained and hygeinic toilets. Classrooms are clean and well maintained with proper ventilation system. Each classroom is provided with projectors. Canteen serves well prepared fresh food. Smart boards and wifi is accessible to students .
