can i get admission in ipu for btech in decent course with 200 marks in ipu cet if i am from outside delhi

Yes u can get it just gain 200 and u can get bhagvan parshuram ,maharaja surajmal,ambedkar and more good coleges

i need a good college in IPU and I am from delhi ....so how much ranked to get to have a good college with CSE BRANCh

Colleges max cutoffs :
USIT : 1-1200
MAIT: 77-2000
BVP: 900-4000
MSIT: 1000-5000
AMBEDKAR: till 7000
Bhagvan Parshuram : till 8000
And for gaining within 8000 u need to get minimum 150 marks ( app) in ipucet .
And for being in 1000 u need to get atleast 350 (app)

If we take admission to a reputed ipu college then we migrate to dtu if we clear mains in 1st year?

Yes offcourse why not..
But after first year you should not have to only quality mains but to score enough to get into DTU

which college is better 1. KIIT university Bhubaneswar 2. GGSIPU Delhi.

GGSIPU is better but you please check their placement and then deciede. It will be better

The GGSIPU college the infrastructure supports students' educational and personal development effectively.the well maintained. and modern campus with classrooms, advanced laboratories, a central library, Wi-Fi connectivity, seminar halls, sports facilities, and clean surroundings. Very good infrastructure.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is upto mark. The college have lifts and air conditioners. Proper well maintained and hygeinic toilets. Classrooms are clean and well maintained with proper ventilation system. Each classroom is provided with projectors. Canteen serves well prepared fresh food. Smart boards and wifi is accessible to students .
