Hope you are doing great there. I regret to say this but with this percentile chances of getting into a good college of IPU is quite low with this percentile . According to the percentile score mentioned by you , your predicted rank lies somewhere around 211659 -

The IPU University conducts total of 3 or maximum 4 rounds of counselling in which 85% seats are reserved for Delhi student and rest of the seats are for outsiders. And also there is a separate list of cut off for ews

No counselling for btech hasn't started yet. Most probably it will start after the JEE MAINS result. But application date was 31st July, so I hope you uave applied.

To get more solved and unsolved papers i would suggest you to buy a help book. Like arihant or something. They have solved papers too.

As you are from sc category I think you will get a good college under IPU. What you have to do is you have to fill the IPU application form before taking the admission, without filling the IPU application form you don't have any chance to get into

To prepare for GGSIPU’s entrance for BA hons English, there are plethora of books and guides available in the market. Arihant is also a good option for literary aptitude.
to clear the exam, you need to practice previous year’s question papers. Another book available
