If you're talking about Psychology honors, then let me tell you that IP University does not offer this course. You can try in DU,  JMI or any private university for your under graduate. Although IP University does offer M.Phil in Clinical Psychology you must confused yourself with it .

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no you dont need to submit the fees for each and every college you only need to submit fees for IPU and you will be alloted college on the basis of rank obtained in IPUCET exam.

The applications for IPU CET 2021 for admission to Master of Physiotherapy are not yet released. The schedule for IPU CET will be released along with the official notification. The application process is likely to start in this month. Due to the corona pandemic it might get delayed by a bit. As of today the schedule for IPU CET 2021 is not yet released. So you need to wait patiently until then. Once the registration window is open you can apply as per the schedule indicated. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) is tentatively scheduled to release the application forms for IP University 2021 admission online in May. As it is the month of May it is expected to be released soon. Keep an eye on the official website  ipu.ac.in for the latest information. There could be a delay due to the on going pandemic but there is no information from the officials. IP University 2021 admit cards will be released in September.
