Himachal Pradesh Technical University courses are offered at Undergraduate and postgraduate levels in different fields. Himachal Pradesh Technical University offers 24 different courses in total. The university offers 9 different types of programmes, namely B.Tech, B.Pharma, B.Sc., B.H.M., M.Tech, M.Pharma, M.B.A., M.C.A. and M.Sc.

To be eligible for admission to university undergraduate courses, candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in 10+2 of the relevant stream. The infrastructure is good but not too good. now buildings are being built and all new departments are being built. the location of the college is very beautiful. the hostel is also good is very good.
Facilities and infrastructure of the college were amazing. the faculty in Mason canteen was average sports and games facility were good facility in hostel was also very good there where washing machine for students, and also there was no issue of electricity at all.
Academic Blocks: Modern buildings equipped with Smart Boards, projectors, and LAN/Wi-Fi support. Labs & Research: Fully functional departmental laboratories (Computer, Pharmacy, Civil) with up-to-date equipment. Amenities: Includes a central library with digital resources, a cafeteria, a large open-air theatre, and a gymnasium. Hostels: Separate residential blocks for boys and girls with basic furniture, though occupancy is often limited and based on merit.
