Course Overview

In the rapidly changing business world, ethical responsibility has become an essential concept for any organisation. Hence, the Organizational Ethics & Values training course has been designed to provide an ethical dimension to the conduct brought about within an organisation. These conducts concern the change agents of millennials in an organisation.

Furthermore, the Organizational Ethics & Values course syllabus covers topics such as ethical behaviour at a workplace, millennials and values, diversity and inclusion, character building, professional ethics in IT, Corporate social responsibility (CSR), and much more. Moreover, the curriculum will highlight certain ethical dilemmas that a millennial faces in an organisation and the perspectives and principles to deal with them.
