To be honest it will be difficult to get NIT trichy in 76 percentile no matter the PWD reservation. But still you can try the next phase exam and try to improve your percentile.

Let me clear you that there is no B.tech course at IISc bangalore but there are few papers in B.sc at bachelor level.
IISc bangalore takes admission on the basis of JEE main ,JEE advance ,KVPY and NEET UG.The cut off would be more than 95%ile.

It is quite difficult for us to predict the probable college as first-time JEE is being conducted twice in a year and rank will be based on NTA percentile score but you may calculate your expected rank by given below Formula or use the link -

The previous year cut offs for various MBA entrance exams at IISc Banglore are as follows:
CAT: 95.5 percentile
GATE: 720/1000
GMAT: 650/800
So there is possibility that this will be same or vary slightly for this year.
