Yes You can get admission in IISc banglore through JEE Mains and JEE Advanced for undergraduate Course.
For Masters, You have to go for GATE, IIT JAM.
For PhD, You have to go for GATE, NET.
Your rank must be in toppers. Only then you can secure admission

No you can't be able to apply for aerospace engineering via GATE since you have done your graduation in under Civil domian so you can't be able to apply in aerospace domain. Rather this you can do your M.E in your domain only.

Iisc is top ranked science institute IN INDIA. Iisc campus look very natural and have lots of trees and plants.
