HI, Each exam has their own criteria. In JEE MAIN the AIR is considered for general candidates and category rank is considered for reserved candidates so for you OBC category rank will be considered.

If you belong to General Category, then it is very difficult to get admission in IISc Banglore because Previous year closing rank was AIR 5. but if you belong to other category you can get in easily.

I am not sure that you will get admission in IISC banglore but if we look at the previous year cutoff then we can say that you may have chance to nit calicut or durgapur.
