IIsc offer m.sc(only) for mathematics

No, IISc Bangalore does not offer M.Sc programmes. You can check other PG programmes offered by the institute with the given below link.

Bro how did you calculated your marks because in response sheet and even in coaching answer keys marks per question is not mentioned.

Does IISER, NISER and IISC provide courses for nuclear engineering ?

First of all, these three institutes are purely science institutes. While both IISc and IISER take through JEE Advanced or KVPY (IISc also takes JEE Main scores), NISER takes through NEST. There are no good institutes for nuclear engineering otherwise as it is a niche field considering that only IIT

IISC provides Bachelor's of Science (Research), Master of Science.

In order to take admission you can apply through KVPY, IIT JEE and NEET.
