How is BS at IISC different from B.tech from any of the IITs?

BS is which course in IISC? Are you asking for 4 years Bsc program?

IISC is a reputed institute and is research based so only if you have interest in it then only choose this college.

Rest not all IIT are good to take admission in.
But if you get into top ones you may prefer that.

Does IISC Bangalore offers BS+MS degree or just a BS degree for undergraduates getting in through mains?

The Indian Institute of Science, offers admission to students in the four year undergraduate Bachelor of Science programme (research on the basis of their performance in any one of the entrance exams - KVPY, JEE Main 2017 and JEE Advanced 2017.

If I qualify JEE Main then can I get admission in IISc(Indian Institute of Science)?

In order to get admission in IISc you need to secure around 295 marks in JEE Main or in JEE Advanced your rank should be under 280.

can admission be taken into IIsc through my neet score (424 marks)

You have less chances with these marks to get seat there in IISC and other colleges under state and AIQ colleges as well. But if you want you can try for private colleges.

Chances are not that high.
Also based on your score, you have chances in 85% seats but less average chances under 15% MBBS seats.

In general there is no lateral entry in IIIT or IISC.

Iisc is top ranked science institute IN INDIA. Iisc campus look very natural and have lots of trees and plants. Technical and scientific facilities are advanced level, and have best quality research instruments, and laboratory such as NMR, TEM, FESEM, CROSSMAN me helical testing microCT and duper computer facilities hostels, library and sports facilities also good

Colege infrastructure, facilities and equipments are of top notch . We also have smart classes Best in class Laboratories.And we also have gym and hostels . Only downside is that hostels dont have Wifi.

College Infrastructure

Our college provides excellent Wi-Fi. The labs have good computers. Classrooms are clean and have good lighting effects. The library has many books. The good part is that they allow us to borrow for many days, and the penalty is less for late submissions. Every odd semester, we have a fest. The hostel is not very good, and the food is not good.
