No, there is no separate exam for admission to IISc, Bangalore. You have to fill in a separate form on their portal so they they consider your candidature through the JEE Advanced rank. For more details refer this link: How To Apply

For IISC u need to score minimum 285 marks in JEE mains exam or u should be top 250 rank in JEE advance exam.......

which rank CML(AIR)or OBC-NCL rank is considered for admission to IIT NIT IIIT GFTI IISC IIST IISER RGlPT IIPE etc if i am from OBC-NCL cata

HI, Each exam has their own criteria. In JEE MAIN the AIR is considered for general candidates and category rank is considered for reserved candidates so for you OBC category rank will be considered.

It takes admission through JEE Advanced.
You should appear for JEE Advanced exam in order to take admission.
