how can I get iisc Bangalore with my advanced rank???did I have to give any exam for it????

No, there is no separate exam for admission to IISc, Bangalore. You have to fill in a separate form on their portal so they they consider your candidature through the JEE Advanced rank. For more details refer this link: How To Apply

For IISC u need to score minimum 285 marks in JEE mains exam or u should be top 250 rank in JEE advance exam.......

They provide admission through three channels which I am mentioning below -
KVPY
JEE Main/Advance
NEET

is there any interview in IISC if one get less marks in jee main 2017

It takes admission through JEE Advanced.
You should appear for JEE Advanced exam in order to take admission.
