Hi, yes there is a way to get into IISc. If you are not willing to give KVPY exam then you can also apply for NEET UG and even JEE Mains/Jee Advance. Through these you can get admission in IISc.

The cut off ranks for shortlisted candidates in different categories in the JEE (ADV) stream under "COMMON RANK LIST" are:

280(General); 8000(OBC-NCL); 1200(SC); 11000(ST); 1200(KM) and 1200(PH)

Yes, IISC provides admission through 3 channels KVPY, JEE & NEET UG in Bachelor of Science course. Apart from that, you will have to apply for the same separately as the last date to apply is 29th April 2017.
