A 95 percentile in JEE Main does not generally guarantee admission to IISc. IISc's B.Sc admission through JEE Main has category-wise cutoff requirements, while B.Tech admission is based on JEE Advanced . Therefore, you should check the applicable IISc cutoff and your category before considering admission chances.
