Yeah definitely it is very easy for your category of people to get IIT Mumbai because you deserve it.
Yes you will get it but in IIT patna or guwahati or gandhinagar.
In madras power engineering or agricultural engineering courses like that i mean not a good branch but in your other option i mean in bombay you may get electrical and instrumental engineering

my college has all necessary equipments and advance technology from which we can learn easy and fastly and my college has one of the great and wonderful infrastructure this is i can say that my college has great equipments.

My college infrastructure provides a well-balanced environment that supports both academic excellence and overall student development. The campus is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere for learning.
